I chose for my block print the Fleur-de-lis which is a stylized lily that is used as a decorative design or symbol. This symbol is in many European coats of arms and flags. It is also associated in the French monarchy. I chose the colors royal blue to represent the royal monarchy and yellow as a symbol of gold.
